OUR FOOD

Our pizzas start the same way every time. Just flour, yeast, salt and water. We knead with the perfect ratios of love and aggression, then prove our dough for 24 hours so it develops maximal flavour.

 

Our toppings are as locally sourced as we can get, but our menu does change periodically with what is in season and delicious. (That being said, we do keep a few of our favourites!)

 

If you're booking for a private event, we can design our menu with you, so you get exactly what you want to please your guests, or just yourself!

Here is a sample menu:

Marge Simpson - The classic cheese, tomato and basil.

The GOAT - Worcester sausage, Worcester goats cheese, and caramelised onion on a tomato base (also available as a veggie option)

The Cure - Thick cut Holt Heath cured meats, with mozzarella on a tomato base

The Mexicana - Fajita spiced chicken, peppers and onions, jalapeño cheddar, topped with crushed nachos and sour cream on a tomato base
